Investments in the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX) were mixed ahead of the interest rate decision.
The PSX Benchmark 100 index rose 59 points to close at 45,650 points, with the index remaining in a band of 195 points during the trading day.
13.81 million shares worth 2.77 billion rupees were traded in the stock market today.
Similarly, the market capitalization of PSX has decreased by Rs 10 billion, which is Rs 6,760 billion at the close of business.
