Raiwind: Muslim League (N) vice president and central organizer Maryam Nawaz attended the grave of her mother on her fifth death anniversary and recited Fatiha.
On the occasion of the fifth death anniversary of Ms. Kulsoom Nawaz, the wife of Pakistan Muslim League (N) lifetime leader Nawaz Sharif, a gathering of Quran and Fatiha was organized in Raiwind, in which prayers were also offered for the deceased’s forgiveness and high status.
Members of the Sharif family participated in the ceremony.
Maryam Nawaz visited the graves of her mother Kulsoom Nawaz and other elders of the family in the ancestral cemetery and also offered the Fatiha by laying flowers.
Begum Kulsoom Nawaz died in London on September 11, 2018 after a long illness.
