Testing the feature related to subscribe button on YouTube

California: Video sharing platform YouTube is working on a new feature that will make the subscribe button visible when the word ‘subscribe’ appears in a video.

This experimental update has been rolled out across a wide range of content, indicating that the platform has fully automated this feature.

According to the 9to5 Google report, whenever the creator requested to ‘subscribe’ to the channel in the video, the on-screen subscribe button flashed.

Regular YouTube users are aware that many creators use different animations to request channel subscriptions. But now as soon as the word ‘subscribe’ appears, the subscription button on the screen will start flashing.

Earlier, the video streaming platform had informed about the introduction of new features.

It was reported by the platform that the company is working on a new design of the ‘Skip’ button used to find a song by humming in the features and remove ads.
