Karachi: The ceiling plaster of SSPAVLC room fell due to which SSP and DSP Admin were injured.
According to Express, SSPAVLC Abdul Karim Shirazi and DSP Admin Kumbo Khan were injured when the plaster of the ceiling of the SSPAVLC room in the office of Anti-Vehicle Lifting Cell adjacent to the Artillery Maidan Police Station fell off and they were immediately rushed to the stadium. He was shifted to a private hospital on the road.
According to the police officials, due to the falling plaster of the ceiling of SSP’s room, SSPAVL has suffered injuries on different parts of his head and body and various tests are being conducted in the private hospital of SSP. The furniture and other items in the room have also been damaged.
According to the police officials, the accident occurred due to the dilapidated condition of the building. Sources say that some time ago, the officer posted in AVLC had repaired the roof.
According to DIG CIA Sharjeel Kharal, the condition of SSP and DSP is out of danger, the incident of roof collapse is accidental.
