In China, videos of ice cubes being crushed and cooked with sauces and spices are making the rounds on Chinese social media, leaving people in awe.

Earlier fried stones became famous and now it is time that Chinese citizens are enjoying BBQ ice cubes. According to multiple reports from China, a short video of ice being grilled at a street food stall in Nanchang, Jiangxi province is going viral.

In the video, large ice cubes can be seen being cooked on an open grill with sauces and spices. Apparently it is eaten as a popular snack on hot summer days.
