We have never gone away from the courts, PTI leader’s conversation with the media
Karachi: PTI leader Haleem Adil Shaikh came to the limelight. He filed an application in the Sindh High Court against the arrest warrant related to the charge of arson in the May 9 tragedy.
Haleem Adil Shaikh has taken a position in the petition filed that he is on protective bail from the Peshawar High Court. The Hyderabad Special Anti-Terrorism Court issued non-bailable arrest warrants. Sindh High Court has stopped arrest in any case. The arrest warrants of the Hyderabad court should be suspended and arrests should be prevented in any case.
Haleem Adil Shaikh while talking informally to the media after filing the application in the court said that we had to come, we never went away from the courts. What has happened in Pakistan in a year and a half now, PPP has done to me in 5 years. Despite this, I have also come to the courts and faced them.
He said that the People’s Party wanted to put a gun on someone else’s shoulder while going. Now we have come to the courts. The patriotic leader of the country is in jail today for his nation. He said that if he wanted to run, he could have gone. Many people flee to London, go to Dubai, but for the sake of the nation, he is in Adiala Jail.
