The District and Sessions Court Islamabad has reserved its decision on the petition filed against Chairman PTI in the illegal marriage case.
A hearing was held on the petition filed by Muhammad Hanif in the court of Civil Judge Qudratullah.

Petitioner’s lawyer Rizwan Abbasi, giving arguments on the filed petition, said that Bushra Bibi’s Idda was not completed at the time of marriage with Chairman PTI, Chairman PTI’s marriage took place in Lahore but both were living in Bani Gala. , Chairman PTI and Bushra Bibi spent a lot of time in Bani Gala after their first marriage.
The petitioner’s lawyer Rizwan Abbasi also referred to the decisions of various courts during the arguments.
After hearing the arguments, Civil Judge Qudratullah reserved the verdict which will be pronounced after some time.
