The Legislative Committee of the Federal Cabinet has approved the establishment of fast-track courts for the speedy adjudication of cases of possession of properties belonging to overseas Pakistanis.
The establishment of the courts will be implemented after the approval of the federal cabinet.
According to the sources, facility of online complaint and attendance in the court on video link will be available in fast track courts.
The fast track courts to be approved by the Cabinet will be bound to decide cases within 120 days.
