Justice Sardar Tariq Masood's refusal to hear appeals in the chamber related to cipher

Islamabad: (PNP News) Justice Sardar Tariq Masood, the learned judge of the Supreme Court of Pakistan, has excused himself from hearing the appeals in the chamber related to the cipher, on which the matter has been sent to the Chief Justice to place the appeals before another judge. .

Honorable Judge Justice Sardar Tariq Masood apologized for hearing the appeals related to Cipher and said that Chief Justice Cipher should assign these chamber appeals to another judge for investigation.

It should be noted that the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) and the government have filed separate petitions in the Supreme Court to investigate the cipher conspiracy.
