Protests against the police continued overnight across France, with clashes between youths and police continuing in towns and cities.
Youths attacked several police stations and hurled petrol bombs, including setting fire to hundreds of vehicles and properties.
Due to the riots in the night, the government has imposed a curfew from 8 pm to 8 am, which will also apply to all small and big cities and towns.
During the riots of the last two days, thousands of cars, buses and buildings were set on fire, shops and business centers were looted.
Clashes between the youth and the police continued in places, more than 1000 people have been arrested in the riots so far.
