3 persons tortured me with kicks and punches, traffic policemen
Karachi: Pridi police has registered a case against those who tortured the traffic police officer.
Munir Hussain, an official of the plaintiff’s case, Traffic Section, Empress Market, has given a statement to the Predi Police that he was on duty regarding the flow of traffic, and during that time, a motorcyclist going from Sadar Dawakhana to Predi Chowk Dawood Puta Road was hit by an AS. According to the FIR, the motorcyclist gave a challan to him saying his name was Mubarak Ali, on which he became enraged. targeted and interfered with official work. Later those two persons fled from the scene, I claim that legal action should be taken against Mubarak Ali.
Pridi Police registered a case number 490 of 2023 under sections 353, 186, 504 and 337 A and handed it over to the investigation police.
