Bilawal is not happy, more money should be given to Sindh, CM Sindh

Karachi: Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah said that the Federation should provide more money to Sindh for flood affected areas.

Speaking in the Sindh Assembly, Sindh Chief Minister Murad Ali Shah said that the federal government has accepted some of our demands and decided to increase the budget for the flood-affected areas.

The Sindh Chief Minister further said that Chairman People’s Party Bilawal Bhutto Zardari and the provincial government are still not happy. We wanted more money and projects to be kept for Sindh, which has been abused for 3 years. After the protest from the federal government, Sindh will get another 30 billion rupees.

He said that the federal government has approved to keep 25 billion rupees in the budget, while it has expressed its willingness to give 2 billion rupees for the damaged schools during the floods.

The Sindh Assembly approved the budget for the fiscal year 2023-24, after which the assembly session was adjourned for an indefinite period.
