Foreign Minister and Chairman Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has congratulated party leader Zia Qamar for winning the by-elections in LA-15 constituency of Azad Jammu and Kashmir.
He congratulated the workers who participated in the election campaign.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari said on this occasion that after Karachi and Multan, the by-elections of Azad Kashmir also failed.
