The judgment said that going into the details of the case, it is necessary to see the jurisdiction under Section 177.
It said that according to the petitioner, Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi settled in Islamabad after marriage.
It was written in the judgment that according to the petitioner, Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi got married in Lahore, even if a crime was committed, the complaint should be filed in the court of Lahore.
It also said that hearing the marriage case against Imran and Bushra Bibi is not the jurisdiction of the Islamabad court.
