Today was a positive day for business in the Pakistan Stock Exchange (PSX).
Trading on the PSX today started with a positive trend which continued till the end.
The market’s benchmark 100 index remained in a band of 446 points during the business day. While the highest level of the index today was 41 thousand 525.
However, the business ended at 41 thousand 463 with an increase of 364 points.
16.91 million shares were traded in the stock market today, so the value of the shares traded in PSX was 6 billion 24 million rupees.
At the close of business, the market capitalization is Rs 6,258 billion, an increase of Rs 44 billion.
