Karachi: The consumer court fined a total of 48 thousand rupees on the tailor for not delivering the Eid suit on time.
Judge Fahmida Sahowal of Consumer Court Sharqi in Karachi gave a decision on the plea not to give the suit on the occasion of Eid. Darzi Fahim neither appeared in the court nor did any lawyer appear on his behalf.

According to the petitioner, the tailor had assured to give the suit on 28th April, when he contacted the tailor on 23rd and 24th April, the tailor said that the suit will be available on time.
According to the applicant, on April 28, he called the tailor and asked him to come to pick the suit. The tailor said that he would come late at night. The tailor did not get the suit on time, so he messaged the tailor to wear the suit himself, the tailor did not get the stitched suit on Eid, so he had to buy another suit.
