Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif has contacted the Kuwaiti counterpart by telephone.
According to the official announcement issued in Islamabad, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif has also congratulated the Prime Minister of Kuwait Sheikh Ahmed Nawaf on the occasion of Eid.
On this occasion, he said that there are historical brotherly relations between the two countries.
The Kuwaiti Prime Minister warmly responded to Shahbaz Sharif’s Eid greetings and expressed his best wishes for the people of Pakistan.
According to the statement, the two Prime Ministers agreed to further promote relations in all fields.
The statement said that Kuwait and Pakistan are celebrating the 60th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations.
