Hoping to stand on Hathni Noor Jahan's feet

Efforts are on to treat and rehabilitate Karachi Zoo’s elephant Noor Jahan.

According to Karachi Zoo Director Kunwar Ayub, a team of doctors from Four Paws is likely to reach Pakistan next week to treat the elephant.

He said that various blood tests are being done on Hathani Noorjahan today, a detailed ultrasound is also being done on Hathani Noorjahan.

Director Karachi Zoo Kunwar Ayub has said that all the tests are being conducted on the instructions of the doctors of Four Paws.

They also say that Hathani Noor Jahan is not able to stand up due to weakness, they are hopeful that Hathani will recover soon and be able to stand on her feet.
