Moscow: A young couple has been arrested in Russia for spreading homophobic propaganda on social media platforms.
According to international media, a young gay couple has been arrested for posting videos on TikTok, Instagram and YouTube.
The criminals have been arrested for violating the Russian “gay propaganda” law signed by Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Among those arrested are 23-year-old Russian citizen Gila Gogash-Villi and 21-year-old Chinese citizen Haoyang Zhu, who lived in Kazan, Russia’s fifth largest city.
The young couple used to share videos of their daily life with kisses and kisses to their 740,000 followers on TikTok and 64,900 subscribers on YouTube.
