The Lahore High Court has given the FIA till May 4 to file its reply on the request of Farah Khan’s mother Bushra Khan.
Justice Tariq Saleem Sheikh heard Bushra Khan’s application.
During the hearing, FIA sought time to file its reply, which was granted by the court.
Petitioner’s lawyer Azhar Siddique argued that FIA is issuing illegal notices, NAB and anti-corruption have conducted similar investigations.
Advocate Azhar Siddique told the court that no notice was issued before registering the FIR.
The lawyer said that it is requested that the notices of FIA be declared null and void.
