JUIF leader Akram Khan Durrani has said that Justice Athar Minullah’s dissenting note has cleared the confusion.
In a statement, Akram Durrani said that Chief Justice Umar Ata Bandial transgressed the constitution and the position, he should resign.
Akram Durrani says that the Chief Justice imposed a minority decision on the people for the sake of Ladley.
He said that the plan to destroy the country to reward Ladley is not acceptable.
It should be noted that yesterday in the case of spontaneous notices related to elections in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, a detailed note of Supreme Court Justice Athar Minullah was issued in which it was said that the spontaneous notices were rejected by four to three.
