The District and Sessions Court Islamabad adjourned the hearing on the private complaint filed against Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) Chairman Imran Khan and his wife Bushra Bibi till April 28.
The case of Imran Khan and Bushra Bibi marriage allegation during Eid was heard.
The statement of the main witness Mufti Saeed Ahmed Khan could not be recorded today due to his departure for Umrah.
The petitioner’s lawyer told the court that the witness Mufti Saeed Ahmed has gone for Umrah, the court should set a future date.
Judicial Magistrate Nasraminullah adjourned the hearing of the case till April 28.
It should be noted that the petition has requested that action be taken under Section 496 against Imran and Bushra Bibi for getting married during Eid.
