Islamabad: The judge of Anti-Terrorism Court Islamabad has remarked during the hearing of the case that requests for exemption from excessive attendance are coming from Imran Khan.
Anti-terrorism court judge Raja Jawad Abbas heard Imran’s bail plea in the Tosha Khana case, in which Imran Khan’s lawyer Ali Bukhari and prosecutor Adnan Ali appeared in the court.
Lawyer Ali Bukhari told the court that there is a hearing on Imran Khan’s bail application in the High Court on April 6, upon which the judge inquired whether the hearing should also be held here in the Anti-Terrorism Court on April 6.
During the hearing, Imran Khan’s application for exemption from attendance was filed today, on which the judge remarked that many applications for exemption from attendance have come, one after the other. Requests for exemption from excessive attendance are coming from Imran Khan.
Later, the court adjourned the hearing of Imran Khan’s bail application case.
It should be noted that a case under the Terrorism Act has been registered against Imran Khan in Sangjani police station.
