The Economic Coordination Committee (ECC) has decided to appoint a financial manager for the privatization of airports.
According to sources, the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (CAA) Officers Association has called an emergency meeting today, while the Joint Employees Union of CAA has also called an emergency meeting today regarding outsourcing.
According to CAA sources, the issue of outsourcing of Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad airports will be discussed in the meeting.
In the meeting, the CAA Employees Union will formulate a plan for the future.
