Islamabad: Chairman PTI Imran Khan has said that the Election Commission of Pakistan has violated the constitution by postponing the Punjab elections till October.
On social media website Twitter, he said that today everyone should stand with the judiciary and lawyers with the hope that they will protect the constitution because if today (the decision of the Election Commission) is accepted, it will be Pakistan. I am the end of the rule of law.
Imran Khan said that we had dissolved our 2 provincial assemblies with the hope that the elections would be held in 90 days as is clear in our constitution, we did this act in violation of the constitution and the law as a fascist. Not to allow the group to impose a reign of terror.
