Karachi: A case was registered against the officers of FIA Karachi in Jamshed Quarter police station on court orders.
According to the details, the plaintiff, Saima, wife of Imran, a resident of Jamshed quarter, said in her statement that I am a housewife, my husband Muhammad Imran runs a paper and stationery business. On March 7, between Tuesday and Wednesday at half past one, a person named Nabeel Mehboob, who pretended to be an FIA officer, entered my house illegally along with his associates Bilawal, Aqeel and six or seven other persons. , he was accompanied by other private people.
In her statement, the plaintiff added that Nabeel Mehboob and others harassed and beat my children while there was no lady searcher with them.
Imran’s wife Saima approached the court against the alleged FIA raid and a case was registered on court orders.
SHO Jamshed Quarter Khalid Rafiq says that under Section 457/506/382/34 of Pakistan Penal Code, FIR No. 121/23 has been registered and investigation is being done.
