Pakistan People’s Party (PPP) Chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has announced the rejection of the schedule of by-elections in Sindh.
Bilawal Bhutto Zardari while addressing the foundation stone laying ceremony of Zulfikar Ali Bhutto Institute of Cardiovascular Disease project in Korangi said that he cannot digest that the mayor of Karachi belongs to the People’s Party, but soon there will be Jayala mayor in Karachi.
The PP Chairman said that fraud was going on in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa in the name of health card, people’s money was being given to private insurance companies instead of hospitals.
It should be noted that on March 17, the Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) announced the schedule for the by-elections in Sindh.
According to the announcement, local body by-elections in Sindh will be held on April 18, 2023.
According to the ECP, nomination papers can be submitted from March 20 to 22, while the scrutiny will be held from March 25 to 28.
According to the ECP, the tribunal will dispose of appeals from April 1 to 4.
