Negotiations between the Ministry of Finance and the officials of the International Monetary Fund (IMF) could not be held on Friday night.
According to Finance Ministry sources, both sides took a break to consider the points of disagreement on Thursday.
Sources said that there were talks between State Bank and IMF officials last night, both sides discussed the MEFP points related to State Bank.
Sources say that Pakistan has fulfilled all the pre-conditions of the IMF for the staff level agreement.
Sources have also informed that the talks between the Ministry of Finance and IMF officials will be held on March 13.
