Lahore: The area of Gujarpura police station became a stronghold of robbers, the robbers escaped after robbing a disabled widow sitting outside her house of her lifetime savings.
According to Express News, 60-year-old disabled and widowed Kabra Bibi was deprived of her lifetime savings by robbers outside her house in Kot Khawaja Saeed area of Gujarpura Shamsabad.
Kabra Bibi said that she was sitting in the street when two young boys forcibly took away her gold earrings and injured her ears while removing the earrings.
The woman said that after the incident, she called 15 and the police arrived after some time and said that we cannot do anything now.
The lady says I am very poor and I should get my earrings back, my two earrings were my lifetime savings.
Kabra Bibi cried and appealed to IG Punjab and CCPO Lahore to register a case of robbery and arrest the accused immediately.
