Karachi: Amir Jamaat-e-Islami Hafiz Naeemur Rehman has said that there are 49,000 schools in the province of Sindh and there is an education budget of billion rupees.
He expressed these views while speaking at the inauguration ceremony of free IT courses for working women and housewives under Al-Khidmat Banu Qual project at a local hotel.
He said that the government hides behind NGOs, Jamaat-e-Islami and Al-Khidmat want to free the people from the slavery of vaders and landlords, with the arrival of summer, electricity load shedding has been started. The corporate sector is ready to send bills worth lakhs of rupees in the summer and have planned to loot.
Hafiz Naeem said that I congratulate Chief Executive Director Naveed Ali Baig and the entire team of Al Khidmat for their work. Out of 24 crore human beings, 12 crore are women. Unfortunately, in our country men as well as women do not get the same rights. Educated and educated people belonging to the feudal mindset keep millions of people as human slaves. Good people are also present in the society, but due to the rotten system, even the good people get mixed up with the landlords. Fewer and fewer people are occupying the country which we all have to get freedom from educated ignorant people.
He said that there are more than 1 million children who do not attend school. Students who matriculate from school cannot study further. Degree holder students are sitting idle due to the rotten system.
Hafiz Naeem said that even in the past, Karachi contributes 32% to the GDP. Even in the past, Karachi nurtures the whole of Pakistan.
He said that religion is not only the name of worship but also the name of justice. Regarding International Women’s Day, he said that women have been given rights in our religion.
Amir Jamaat-e-Islami Karachi said that there are millions of women working in the industry in the city of Karachi who work in contractors. No one speaks up for women working in the industry. We have to bring to power people who do what they say, to achieve the rights of men, including women.
He said that Jamaat-e-Islami is the only party which raised its voice against K-Electric mafia. The people of Karachi voted for Jamaat-e-Islami and made it successful.
He said that Jamaat-e-Islami and Al-Khidmat have started IT courses for 10 thousand children in the first phase. The biggest issue in Karachi is security for women. Jamaat-e-Islami and Al-Khidmat have designed IT courses protecting women.
He said that the women of Karachi should run the house together with their husbands. Jamaat-e-Islami and Al-Khidmat designed a course through which the women of every household would join hands with their husbands. Housewives should also teach IT courses to their children. Jamaat-e-Islami and Al-Khidmat will also work in the field of sports for the women of Karachi.
He further said that the schools run by KMC will be repaired. IT courses will be conducted in government schools only. By next March, our target is that 50,000 women will have been given IT courses.
