The session judge said that the presence of the accused in the courtroom is necessary in the physical remand appeal.

The prosecution has challenged the verdict of Judicial Magistrate Waqas Ahmed Raja.

It should be noted that yesterday the judicial magistrate rejected Fawad Chaudhry’s request for physical remand.

District and Sessions Court Islamabad rejected the plea of ​​PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry for physical remand and sent him to Adiala Jail on 14-day judicial remand.

Arrested PTI leader Fawad Chaudhry was produced in the District and Sessions Court Islamabad in the case of spreading hatred against the Election Commission, where the investigating officer sought his further physical remand.

During the hearing, the judge granted Fawad Chaudhry’s request to open his handcuffs in the court room and also allowed him to meet his family in the court room.

Fawad Chaudhry was arrested from Lahore on January 25 and produced in a local court in Islamabad.

The court handed over Fawad Chaudhry to the police on 2-day physical remand.
