Extension of deadline for digital census "self-enumeration".

Islamabad: The Federal Bureau of Statistics has extended the deadline for the country’s first digital census “Khudsamari”.

According to the spokesperson of the Statistical Office, the deadline for self-enumeration was ending at 12 pm today, but now the date has been extended. The spokesman said that initially 7 days extension has been extended for self-enumeration.

He said that the decision to extend the self-enumeration was taken in the committee meeting, the proposal to extend the self-enumeration by more than one week is also under consideration. According to the spokesman, the load on the website increased due to the increase in the number of self-enumerators.

He said that so far more than 8 million people have visited the self-counting website. It should be noted that the process of self-enumeration in the country started from February 20.
