Due to shortage of dollars, the government changed the Hajj policy. Now 50% quota of the government Hajj scheme will be given to those who will deposit dollars in advance.
Pilgrims who deposit Hajj expenses in dollars in advance will be exempted from Hajj lottery.
Those Hajj pilgrims will have to participate in the lottery who will submit the Hajj expenses in Pakistani rupees.
The Haj policy will be sent to the cabinet next week, after which it is expected to be approved in 8-10 days.
