Bollywood actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui, the victim of a property dispute, has given his inheritance to his brother.
According to Indian media reports, the issue of separation between actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui and his wife Alia Siddiqui has taken a new turn.
Advocate Prashant told the media that the actor had transferred the powers of half of his inheritance to one of his brothers, Almasuddin Siddiqui.
He added that in another will, the actor has written that he will have the right to the property as long as he is alive, after which it will be divided among his brothers Almasuddin, Majaldin and Minhajuddin Siddiqui.
On the other hand, despite his court order, the actor’s dispute with his wife could not be resolved yet, his wife Aaliya Siddiqui shared another video on the social media platform and said that she along with their children was chased away from home late at night. The equipment has been removed.
In the above video, their children can be seen crying outside the house.
In the caption of this video, he wrote that ‘This is the truth of Nawazuddin Siddiqui, who did not even spare his innocent children, when I was called by the officials of Versova police station after being at home for 40 days. When we came out, Nawazuddin Siddiqui posted several guards at the door of the house, who stopped us from entering the house.
In another video, Alia Siddiqui also shared a clip of a relative’s house where they spent the night, where they are all in one room.
It may be recalled that last week, the Mumbai High Court directed the couple to resolve issues related to their children, 12-year-old daughter Shoora and 7-year-old son Yaani.
