Mumbai: A complaint has been filed against Bollywood superstar Shahrukh Khan’s wife Gauri Khan for purchasing a property. The case has been registered under Section 409 of the Indian Penal Code for criminal breach of trust.
Indian media Reports According to Jaswant Shah, a resident of Mumbai, has alleged that Gauri Khan is not giving possession of the flat despite receiving Rs 86 lakh for the construction company of which she is the brand ambassador. The complaint stated that Jaswant Shah bought the flat after being influenced by brand ambassador Gauri Khan.
An FIR has also been registered against Tulsiani Construction Chief MD Anil Kumar and Director Mahesh Tulsiani. The said flat is located in Tulsiani Goldview in Sushant Golf City, Lucknow.
Remember that Gauri Khan also has her own company named ‘Guri Khan Designs’, she is one of the best interior designers in B-Town. Gauri has designed the homes of many celebrities.
