Elections in Punjab and KP, Hearing on Spontaneous Notice after some time

In the Supreme Court of Pakistan, the hearing on the self-notice related to the elections in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa will be held after some time.

According to the court associate of the Chief Justice, instead of 11 o’clock, the hearing of the notice itself will be held at 11:30 a.m.

A 9-member bench headed by Chief Justice of Pakistan Umar Ata Bandial is hearing the notice itself.

The court issued notices to the President, Election Commission, Governors of KP and Punjab yesterday.

The Supreme Court also issued notices to all constitutional institutions, federal government, Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government.

A 3-judge bench raised questions on Sumoto.
