Spontaneous Notice on Election, Govt Expresses Reservations on Inclusion of 2 Judges in Bench

Islamabad: In the Supreme Court’s suo motu case regarding the elections in Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa, the government raised reservations on the inclusion of 2 judges in the bench.

Federal Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah has said that the Supreme Court has formed a bench regarding Punjab and Khyber Pakhtunkhwa elections where we will place our concerns before the honorable judiciary.

Rana Sanaullah has said that he is happy that the Supreme Court has taken notice of this matter, nothing is known about the bench yet, but we have expressed some reservations earlier, if those two judges are also part of the bench. So we will keep our reservations.

He said that the contradiction in the media regarding these two judges is not hidden from anyone, we have done the forensic of their audio leaks in which the conversation was confirmed while the experts also confirmed that the audio is genuine.

Rana Sanaullah said that there is a unanimous demand of all bar councils that these two judges should leave their posts, but they have also indicated to bring references against them, how is it possible that the judges against whom there are references are part of the bench.

He said that how can two of the new judges say that they are against us, although we have expressed reservations about them, I hope those judges leave the bench before or after our objection. will be done

The interior minister said that no false case will be made against the arrested leaders, these people went to jail sitting in cars but now they don’t want to stay there.

Rana Sanaullah said that there is no doubt that Chairman NAB Aftab Sultan is honest, he did not want to work, he always did work without any difficulty, everywhere where people work there is pressure. Yes, Chairman NAB has constitutional security.
