Islamabad: Electricity for Karachi has been increased by 10 rupees and one paise per unit.
Nepra has issued a notification to increase the price of electricity. The price of electricity for Karachi has been increased by Rs 10 one paise per unit.
According to the notification, electricity has been increased in monthly fuel adjustment. In June I will be charged Rs 2 68 paise per unit and in July Rs 3 11 paise per unit will be charged extra.
In August Rs 3 22 paisa per unit will be charged extra Rs 1 per unit in September. The hike will not be applicable at Elekrak’s Lifeline and Elekrak vehicle charging stations.
