Lahore: Chief Minister Punjab Maryam Nawaz inaugurated the ‘Maryam Ki Dastak’ helpline to provide various services and facilities to the people including women in the province.
Maryam Nawaz speaking at the opening ceremony of the app in Lahore said that according to the vision of Nawaz Sharif, the dream of serving the people has been successfully achieved today.
He said that apart from 10 services through Maryam Dastak, 330 services will be provided, Maryam Dastak app has been launched with 1500 children, 70 thousand jobs will be given to youth and a verification will be Rs 900 per cycle.

He said that Ramadan package knocked on people’s door, 30 billion package was delivered to homes, 32 field hospitals are working in different villages, X-ray laboratory, gynecology and medicine are also available.
Maryam Nawaz said that they are providing treatment to 6,000 people daily in field hospitals, nothing is known by sitting in the office, the real facts come out by going to the ground.
He said that lifters have been installed in the field hospital for those who cannot climb the stairs, doctors, pharmacists and ECG ultrasounds have also been allocated in Bolan Van for the streets.
Maryam Nawaz said that 30,000 to 40,000 people are being treated daily at the clinic and Bolan Van Hospital, Punjab government will provide 200,000 medicines for hepatitis, cardiology and cancer at home.
He said that given the facility of virtual police station to women, women can get services through video call without going to the police station and the call attendant will also be a woman.
He said that when people need e-stamp, birth certificate or death certificate, divorce certificate or motor vehicle certificate, they can take help from Dastak helpline.
They said that by calling Maryam’s knock helpline, the documents will be delivered to the house, it has been three months since the government came and bread has come down to Rs 12, the wheat they used to buy has not been bought this time.
Maryam Nawaz said that the government used to buy wheat only from the middlemen and the middlemen used to sell the cheap wheat to the government at a high price, saving Punjab money from wasting which has reduced the price of bread.
