It is a common observation that some people suddenly start bleeding from the nose while sitting, also known as nosebleeds, this is a common condition that seems to have no cause.

There are two types of it, the first is bleeding from the front of the nose and the second is bleeding from the back of the nose, which is more dangerous.

How to prevent bleeding?
Use a humidifier:
Humidifiers maintain moisture in dry air, otherwise the airways of the nose and throat become inflamed due to dryness.
Saline Spray:
Experts recommend using a saline (salt water) nasal spray to moisturize dry nasal passages and prevent dryness.
According to them, the use of saline spray can reduce the complaint of nasal dryness, it can also improve allergy symptoms and runny nose.
Avoid smoking:
Smoking is likely to irritate and dry the nose, so try to reduce or quit smoking altogether.
Moisten the membranes:
People who complain of bleeding can apply a layer of water-soluble gel or petroleum jelly over the nostrils with the help of a cotton ball, this can also prevent dryness.
Use water:
Make sure you are drinking plenty of water.

Eat juicy fruits, milk, yogurt and watery cold salads like gourd, turnip and radish etc.
