Judge Safdar Ali Bhatti issued a notice and sought a response from Anti-Corruption and adjourned the hearing till Monday.
The lawyer took a position that a false and baseless case was filed against Imran Riaz Khan, he is being targeted for political and personal revenge, anti-corruption could not present a single evidence against him in the court. Grant the application and order release on bail.
