DSP Legal has submitted sixteen point SOPs in Islamabad High Court
There has been progress in the case of the arrest of the female accused from the premises of the Islamabad High Court.
Islamabad Police has prepared SOPs to arrest the accused from the court premises. DSP Legal sent 16-point SOPs to the concerned officers and also submitted them in the Islamabad High Court. The court directed the full implementation of the SOP.
In the police report, it was said that the arrest will be carried out in the case of the judge’s order from the court. An attempt can also be made to arrest a person to prevent a cognizable offence.
Islamabad Police appointed SP Security as the focal person and said that the focal person will inform the court and officers regarding the security of the courts and other matters.
Islamabad High Court Justice Arbab Muhammad Tahir ordered that the accused who came to seek justice should not be arrested from the court premises.
It is clear that the female accused Shahbana Kanwal was arrested from the Islamabad High Court premises. The court asked the police for SOPs related to the arrest from the court.
