Lahore: Amir Balaj Tipu, son of Tipu Truckanwala, was killed and two others were injured in firing at a wedding ceremony on Multan Road.
According to Express News, three people, including Amir Balaj Tipu, son of Tipu Truckanwala, were injured in the firing at the wedding ceremony of former DSP Akbar Iqbal Bala’s son in a private housing society on Multan Road. He died without waiting.
The assailant was killed on the spot by Amirbalaj Tipu’s gunmen.
After the firing, Amirbalaj Tipu and two other injured persons, Usman Akbar and Fardeen Butt, were shifted to Jinnah Hospital.
As soon as the incident was reported, a heavy contingent of Puri was deployed outside Jinnah Hospital, and a large number of Amirbalaj Tipu’s relatives and friends also gathered at the hospital.
After receiving the information about the incident, newly elected Member of National Assembly of Muslim League (N) Atta Tarar also reached Jinnah Hospital.
