Caretaker Punjab Chief Minister Mohsin Naqvi ordered a massive crackdown against drug dealers.
In the meeting chaired by Mohsin Naqvi, random screening of students in educational institutions has also been decided.
The Caretaker Chief Minister also directed to make comprehensive planning regarding the screening of students.
Mohsin Naqvi says that effective measures will be taken to protect the new generation from the scourge of drugs, cooperation between the relevant provincial institutions and ANF will be further improved.
He also directed effective measures to prevent ice addiction and said that a comprehensive approach should be taken to stop the supply chain and online availability of ice.
The Caretaker Chief Minister also said that strict measures have to be taken to protect the educational institutions from the epidemic of drugs, it is a national and social responsibility to protect the new generation from drugs.
