A recent study revealed that taking a daily multivitamin can help improve memory.
Deterioration of human memory with increasing age is a very serious problem due to which many people have to face many difficulties in their daily routines.
A research report published in the American Journal of Clinical Nutrition suggests that taking a multivitamin can shorten a person’s lifespan by up to 2 years and improve memory.
This study was conducted on 573 people over the age of 60, in which the results were revealed that the people over the age of 60 who took a daily multivitamin had the same memory as people who were about 5 years younger than them and lived longer than themselves. 2 years is equivalent to a small human.
According to the results of the research, the main benefits of taking multivitamins are only the improvement of a person’s memory.
Remember that this study was conducted on people over 60 years of age, so multivitamins will be just as useful for people younger than that. This cannot be claimed, but taking multivitamins is generally good for health. It is not harmful, so people of any age can use multivitamins after consulting a doctor.
In addition, the 98th percentile of subjects in this study were white, so the results of this study may not be valid for black individuals.
