Peshawar: The Education Department of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa dismissed the news of increase in winter vacations as false.
According to Express News, the Education Department of KP has said that there is no truth in the news circulating on social media about the winter holidays, and educational institutions in the plains of the province, including Peshawar, will open as usual on January 1, 2024.
The education department has further said that the news circulating on social media has been made viral by attributing it to the provincial education minister and the news talks about extending the winter vacation till January 13, 2024, which is false.
