Lahore: Quetta Police arrested PTI activist Khadija Shah after the Punjab government withdrew the detention order.
Quetta Police arrested Khadija Shah and filed an application for remand. The Anti-Terrorism Court approved Khadija Shah’s two-day transit remand.
The court ordered to produce Khadija Shah in the concerned court in two days.
The Quetta police requested that the accused has been obtained a warrant from the anti-terrorism court of Quetta, the accused has to be interrogated and the court approves a three-day transit remand.

Lahore High Court has ordered to produce Khadija Shah at 2.30 pm. Justice Ali Baqir Najafi heard the petition filed against Khadija Shah’s detention.
Justice Ali Baqir Najafi remarked that if Khadija Shah is not produced, IG Punjab should appear and give an explanation, law officers should inform the relevant authorities about the immediate court orders.
Earlier, the Punjab government had withdrawn the detention order of Khadija Shah, whose written government order was to be presented in the court by the public prosecutor.
It should be noted that Khadija Shah’s husband Jahanzeb Amin has approached the High Court against the detention.
