Quetta: Transport fares have been increased in Quetta after the increase in the prices of petroleum products.
The Local Bus Association has announced an increase in fares due to petrol and diesel being expensive. The organization has increased the fares by Rs 10, after which local bus fares are being charged Rs 50 with an increase of Rs 10.
According to President Local Bus Association, the hike in local bus fares has been done following the recent hike in petrol prices.
On the other hand, the officials of Quetta Bar Association have said in the press conference that due to inflation, every Pakistani citizen is living a life of torment.
Malik Abid Ali Advocate said in a press conference that the loan taken from IFM is being spent on the luxury of the ruling class. Unfortunately, the people of Balochistan are also in need of Nan Shabeena. There are serious concerns over recent inflation. If the situation remains like this, we will start a protest movement together with the people. They will be on the streets with the people in the movement against inflation.
