Islamabad: The Supreme Court has sought response from the Additional Attorney General and Advocate General Balochistan on the appeal against the census in Balochistan.
A 3-member bench of the Supreme Court headed by Justice Ijazul Hassan heard the petition against the census in Balochistan. Justice Ejaz-ul-Ahsan remarked that the petitioner objected to the inclusion of caretaker chief ministers in the Council of Common Interests, on which Additional Attorney General Aamir Rehman told the court that the decisions of the Supreme Court regarding the Council of Common Interests are clear. No person concerned objected to the census.
Justice Ejaz-ul-Ahsan while addressing the lawyer Kamran Murtaza said that the solution may be that in the future you people should not vote for this Chief Minister again, on which Kamran Murtaza said that the way ministers are elected in Balochistan is There is a separate discussion.
The Additional Attorney General told the court that in the case related to the elections on February 8, there is also a mention of the Council of Common Interests, on which Justice Ejaz-ul-Ahsan said that the decision of the case related to the general elections on February 8 will also be seen at the next hearing. The court adjourned the hearing of the case for an indefinite period.
