Karachi: The Muslim League (N) expressed its lack of confidence in the Election Commissioner Sindh and announced to go to court against the delimitation of constituencies.
This was announced by Muslim League (N) Sindh president Bashir Memon, league leaders Khel Das Kohistani, Nihal Hashmi, Qadir Bakhsh Kalmati and Salman Khan while holding a press conference at the Karachi Press Club on Monday.
The leaders have said that PML-N rejects the recent delimitation of constituencies in Sindh and we will go to court against it, we do not trust the Provincial Election Commissioner, the Chief Election Commissioner should take notice of this situation.
Bashir Memon said that wrong constituencies were done in Sindh, Nowshehru Feroze was also broken and four taluks were merged to form one constituency. Express no confidence in the commissioner. Whoever did this should be punished. We will go to the courts and we will get justice from the courts.
Bashir Memon said that all this is happening on whose recommendation? Maqbool Baqir is fair-minded, it is God’s will, listen to our request, there is no blame on me, Saeed Ghani is a worker of People’s Party, just tell me who I have threatened?
Qadir Bakhsh Kalmati said that the population in Malir was not taken into account in the constituencies, one UC was picked up and added to another UC, arbitrary, clockwise constituencies were also mocked, all the demands of the PPP. The program has been fulfilled, the performance of the People’s Party is like a rotten cake, the coming days are for change.
Nihal Hashmi said that constituencies have been debunked, pre-poll rigging has started, People’s Party has started a series of pre-poll rigging along with government employees, we will go to court in a few days.
